How to take part
Put your Papua New Guinea project on the map with 47817.org
Every project on Global Climate Month comes from 47817.org, the free project platform of the 4-7-8-17 Global Success Program. Rotary clubs, schools, businesses and community groups in more than 200 countries use one simple form to share what they are doing for the climate. Submit once, and your project appears on the Papua New Guinea Climate Month map, on GlobalClimateMonth.org and in the 47817.org Project Library.
The form, step by step
About 15 minutes. Your answers are saved on your device as you go, so you can stop and finish later. The form is in English.
- Choose your program. Pick Global Climate Month. You can also enter other programs at the same time, such as the 2027 Global Success Projects or the Countdown to EarthX.
- About you. Your name, organization and how you would like to be credited. Your email and phone stay private.
- Your project. Its name, website, and where it happens: the city, and Papua New Guinea as the country. This is what places it on the right map.
- Rotary connection. Tell us if a Rotary club or district is involved. Projects without a Rotary club are welcome too.
- Tell the story. The goal, the plan, the main activities, the results so far, and your partners.
- Photos and video. Add a few photos or a link to a video or folder.
- Your 4-7-8-17 self-check. A quick look at how your project fits the framework.
- Review and send. Say yes to Consent to feature so your project can be shown on the maps.
What happens next
The 47817.org team reviews your entry, writes its 4-7-8-17 Report Card and adds it to the Project Library. Your project shows on the map within about 15 minutes of being approved, and we contact you before it is featured in daily posts.
